I have been using trugs every lesson, I’m really happy with my purchase. thank you
Tricky Words 2. Just to let you know the package arrived last Monday. I played the Match it game, spelling version, with my 14 year old student today and it went really well – age appropriate and fun.
I use your Trugs resources in so many of my lessons - the children never tire of them & I always have a pack to hand for every lesson.
A test to help with analysis to complement the other Trugs resources would be fantastic!
Thank you !
Please can I take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent games. I have been using them with some of my pupils and they really love them!
Our department recently took part in the first trugs online training session, led by Joanna. From the fore, Joanna's expertise and experience was clear and her engaging personality allowed us to understand not just what trugs is about - but - the way in which we should work with our students. Joanna took us through the product clearly and we had great fun playing the main card games. We finished the session excited about the potential impact of trugs, and know that Joanna will be there to support us with further questions as we embark on using this product. We look forward to our next scheduled training session with anticipation.
One of my Year 7s saw the TRUGS box out and immediately cheered up.
So it's those students who sell the games for you.
The trugs games are working superbly well and one young person has gained 3.3 years in 3 months with their vocabulary age.
I love using Trugs in Learning Support with small groups and one-to-one. I always start and finish with a Trugs game and the children now really enjoy coming to Learning Support. The children love ‘Take it’ especially when they get to take all my cards. They are engaged and motivated to learn and it is clear that this motivation also carries through the whole lesson and has made an impact on them academically. Fantastic program. - Gabrielle Clover - Learning Support Specialist - Slovakia
Trugs is the most motivational resource I've come across in recent years covering all age ranges
I have been using 'Trugs' at the end of each tutoring session. One boy, aged 12, looks forward to these games each week. He was so proud of himself, when he told his mum that he was reading multi-syllable words successfully. She was so pleased that he was so happy about reading! When we finished the 'last stage' he was actually disappointed as he thought we wouldn't play the games anymore! I intend to use a 'spelling' focus as a next step.
